Kipawa was down about 2 ft early October but is coming back up and likely down about a ft now. Damn at Laniel nearly closed. Ottawa river at Temiscaming high.

I was at camp last weekend. Water levels are now higher then summer levels. The water under the bridge at the red pine chutes was fas and rough. Big rapids. I think it's all the rain we been getting.

As noted lake is up to summer high and maybe a bit higher. This is simialr to what was done the last two years ostensibly to help the trout. We have had and expect more rain. River at temiscaming still high.
