Aime Dorval "the patriarch of Baie Dorval" passed away July 13th in his 88th year. Aime lived on Lake Kipawa or the immediate area all his life and operated Camp Dorval for many years. Aime was living back at Camp Dorval (now a private camp) prior to his passing. He was very instrumental in settling Baie Dorval and once also owned outpost camps in canal bay and Hay Bay as well as Ogascanan. A celebration of Aime's life was held at his beloved camp on July 19th and was attended by more than 150 friends and family.
